Inequality selection occurs because you dislike something about that person or you do not trust him/her. This inequity in selection should be eliminated because everyone, regardless of gender, is capable of doing anything.

If everyone in a community is treated equally, everyone should be able to work together, solve problems, and feel safe and cared for. Treating people fairly is also an important aspect of human rights. Many people wonder if men and women are treated equally and fairly. According to the results of our survey, 45 people, or 75%, agreed that men and women are treated equally and fairly in their school/workplace when it comes to workloads. However, 15 people, or 25%, disagreed.
